Are there any other costs besides the $39 / month for the hosting?

No. The only other costs would be if you choose to add custom modifications or more pages to your website design. With our basic website design package though you will have a great looking website, free domain registration and search engine submission to Google.

What do I need to provide to get started?

Once you visit our "How Do I Get Started" page and fill out the email form, we will give you a call and ask you a few questions to get us pointed in the right direction. We will also send you an email with a link to our payment gateway to get your hosting started. We will not start your website without the hosting being setup first!

We can usually have a sample of your website up the next business day. If we need photos that you provide or text for your pages, we will be waiting for you to get them to us to finish up the website design. We can help with content if you want us to, just let us know!

How long does the process take?

Once we have all the design criteria we need from you, the design process normally takes 1 to 2 businesss days. At that time you can preview the website to see if you want us to make it "live" on the internet.

Can I cancel my hosting at anytime?

You may cancel at anytime, however because of the costs incurred by us to make the website and register your domain name, we keep ownership rights to the website for the first year. If after one year of service you want to move the website and use another hosting company, we will deliver to you in a zip file all the website componets. You own all rights to the website at that time.

Can I just buy a website and do what I want with it?

Yes, for $499 you can buy one of our websites and we will set it up for you where ever you want. We will also email the entire contents to you in a zip file. You will have all rights to the website to do what you wish.

What can I change on the design I choose?

Other than giving us the text you want use on your website, or images for a gallery, we charge an additional fee to modify anything on the website design. Most of the time the fee is very small and we can qoute you a price on any ideas you have.

Can I have root acess to my website to manage it myself?

No. We are a full service web design, hosting and management company catering to contractors and service companies. We manage all of the websites on our servers. However you can purchase a website and then do with it what you want.
